Disappointing. Let’s just start with it looks nothing like it does in the pictures or the descriptions.
The bath was filthy
The tiles in the pool were black / grey above the water and underneath green I suspect they don’t clean it
The first room we had was hotter than outside, the doors didn’t shut properly so I’m guessing that is why the air con wasn’t very effective.
I asked about food and even though online it says there is a spa and restaurant there is no restaurant or spa within the hotel to be seen however there are lots of places to go nearby
Blood on the bed sheets
Dirty netting above the bed and curtains.
It can be very noisy as it is on one of the main streets in ubud however we soon realised the noise was coming from their own staff getting drunk with the restaurant next door rather than the surroundings.
The first member of staff we met wasn’t very welcoming, on the first night we had to complain about the air con being useless they came to see it and looked at us blankly however straight away gave us a new room where it worked much better.
By the last night the staff were much more friendly however I think if it weren’t for the fact we were only there two nights I probably would have found a different hotel.
I understand it is cheap and a 3 1/2 star however that rating is a bit optimistic we have since stayed in lower rated hotels which are much nicer.

Best location I could have ever asked for to be in the heart of Ubud. Located on Monkey road you are walking distance to the sanctuary, the palace, and the market. There are tons of awesome cafes, boutiques, and restaurants all on the surrounding streets. The magnolia room was my unit and it was the most spacious unit I had my entire trip to Bali and for a great price. Yes, there was construction noise in the morning but it was weekdays and began at 10am so I was already up and moving. The bed was super comfortable. All the extra stuff in the room was great to lounge around and the shower worked fine. Oh and A/C was great. The staff were super friendly and nice! Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again on my next Ubud trip. Also central location to get a tour guide to pick you up as well.

The location is absolutely perfect for walking in Ubud. Monkeys, palace, market, yoga barn, many delicious restaurants, and tons of shops all within the area. The rooms are spacious. I had Magnolia room. Super comfortable bed. The place looked beautiful. WiFi was strong. A/C was strong. Shower warm. There was some noise of construction in the mornings around 10am but not enough to disturb. Friendly staff as well. No food on site but you are on the main hub of shops and stores. I stayed an extra night and would use again. Highly recommend.

The service is really good the only negatuve for me was no restaurant so no breakfast included. The hotel is the typical indonesian experience. I loved it especially my outdoor bathroom.
