Unexpected Gem!
My niece and I stayed at Ray's for the Billie Eilish concert. The beds could have been more comfortable BUT the next day when we were checking out they actually had all new mattresses delivered! So that's nice! The property manager was great! The breakfast *chef's kiss*! And the free garage packing?! Come on! I felt safe, comfortable and told my bff this is where we're staying for. Our next trip to Chicago! The sauna and steam shower were nice too!

Ashlee was here to greet me when I arrived, and you can see immediately she loves her job. The outside is misleading because it is large, well laid out and thoughtful. The owner has put so much thought into the decor you will be amazed. Breakfast is cooked to order, and 5 star quality. I would like to note they have made 1 garage allotment that will fit a suburban size vehicle. But there is ample street parking and other garages for smaller vehicles. You will see the extra touches and will put this on the list of a must stay when you are in Chicago.

We stayed at Ray’s while visiting Chicago for a concert at The Salt Shed. We’re so happy we took a chance and booked this room! The area is cute, street parking was relatively easy, the room was fun and the whole vibe was very unique and eclectic. There are so many fun accents all over the place. Breakfast was easy and very good! We will be back!

Ich war wegen des Marathon zu Besuch in Chicago. Die Unterkunft war dafür sehr gut geeignet, weil sie nur wenige Gehminuten von der Blue Line entfernt ist. Bucktown ist eine sehr hübsche Nachbarschaft, in der ich mich sicher und wohl gefühlt habe. Zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen bin ich große Umwege gegangen, weil es mir hier so gut gefallen hat. Auch die Unterkunft selbst hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sowohl mein Zimmer als auch die Community Räume sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, und am Tag des Marathon wurde für die Läufer ein to-go Paket vorbereitet. Der Service war auch insgesamt sehr fürsorglich. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.

Our family loved our time at Ray's. Our boys slept in the bunk-bed lofts. Great location in a cool neighborhood in the heart of the city. Close to the free parking lot for Cubs games. Incredible breakfast and hospitable customer service. Thanks, awesome hosts!

What isn’t to love about Ray’s?! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts were delicious, and the room was cozy and comfortable. Not to mention, close to transportation and the area is safe and walkable. I’ve found my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Chicago in the future!

Quite little place well worth the stay
A cute little bed and breakfast in Bucktown, only about a mile walk from anything you could need. Beautifully decorated and furnished. The Cardinal room was great, private bathroom, comfortable beds, and more wonderful artwork. The cooked to order breakfast was some of the best home cooking I've had, and the sauna and steam rooms in the basement were a cherry on top!
