Stayed here for 3 nights April 2026. Couple travelling for a city break.
Location is good, next to a nice canal and a short walk from some lovely restaurants. Not very close to the city centre but public transport is cheap and easy to navigate.
The hotel itself is nice and modern, rooms are quite basic. We stayed in the classic double on the ground floor. No comfy chair or sofa despite there being enough room for one. The bed was large and very comfortable though.
The room appeared clean at first glance but upper shelves were not dusted, someone else’s contact lens stuck to the outside of the waste bin in the bathroom and ants in the bathroom on the last day.
The staff were friendly and helpful but the spa left us confused - it is NOT included. Cost €20 euros per person.
Breakfast was included which was continental with some other options such as eggs and bacon and it was quite nice, probably one of the best bits of the hotel.
Overall a decent hotel and I would probably stay there again, but would look at other options first.
