Worst hotel experience ever
This was the worst hotel experience we have had. We travel a lot and don’t complain for small things, but this was awful stay. When we booked it 6 months before our trip it was different name, the hotel ownership have probably changed. We booked based on the earlier reviews. But when we stayed there for 7 nights, it was full disappointing. The staff were very unfriendly and rude. The attitude was that guests needed them, not that they need the guests. At check-in they just gave the keys without explaining anything about the hotel. There were disgusting cockroach running in the shower. We got rid of the but new cockroachs just keep coming again.
Our booking was including the breakfast, but they wanted to charge us on breakfast on first morning. We showed from Hotels.com application that our booking included a breakfast icon, but they didn’t believe and required payment. Lucky that we didn’t have Pesos yet so we postponed payment till next morning. We were lucky to have the paper printed hotels reservations where the breakfast was specifally explained. After this they just say ok, no apologises or anything. That was for second breakfast, on third morning we waited from 9:00-9:40 and there were no employees in the restaurant. So we didn’t get the breakfast. On the last morning same things happened we waited 9:00-9:30. Accordingto their information the breakfast should be from 8:00-10:00. But since serving us breakfast didn’t bring additional money they didn’t care to serve
