I can't say enough good things about this hotel! My partner and I arrived really early after our flight, fully prepared to just drop our bags and head out. To our surprise, the staff went above and beyond and found a room for us right away so we could check in early. We also loved the cool bakery and burger restaurant inside the building. We highly recommend this hotel!

Best hotel in Iceland!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and the staff could not have been better! Being able to get one of the Eight parking places truly was a lifesaver during our 9 day stay. We will be back!

Disappointing

Good location but small and noisy room. Breakfast was also disappointing with poor ingredients and bad coffee

John, 9-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel and an excellent location. In addition to well appointed and clean rooms, the restaurant and bakery downstairs are phenomenal. Rooms do tend to run a bit warm (we were there in June) so you may want to open the windows and/or bring a small portable fan.
Erin, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The location is great for tours and had a great restaurant inside with delicious meals and a bakery! They also have free luggage storage lockers that are really convenient.
Jaclyn, 2-night trip

Lovely hotel in a great location

Great location, comfy bed, and friendly staff. The only hitch for us was that we came during the summer, and the room was uncomfortably warm, even with all the windows open. We asked the staff for an electric fan, which made all the difference.
Peter, 3-night trip

Property was a great choice. The location was very convenient for walking to areas around the city and to a bus stop that was used by every tour we booked. Staff was great!

Best choice for Reykjavik!

Super clean and well equipped hotel We had a standard king room & it was efficiently laid out with everything we needed. We were even able to get a fan at the front desk since it was warmer than usual. The staff was so sweet & very helpful! The cleaning crew was friendly and efficient too. The on-sight cafe & restaurant were amazing quality & craveable with outstanding service.
Tami, 1-night trip

This hotel was in a great location, easily accessible by bus, has very comfortable and quiet rooms and friendly and very helpful staff. The donut/bagel bakery at the entrance is a huge plus, as well! Has a lovely sauna. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in downtown Reykjavik!

Convenient location for harbour, very clean and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast… free parking very close next to the sight seeing tour bus which was a bonus!

The location was extremely walkable and the rooms feel comfortable and luxury. The vibe feels very social with the cafe/bakery right inside the same entrance. The attached restaurant was also funky. Great hotel - I definitely recommend for anyone - especially a solo traveller.
