Overall good stay with a negative surprise.
Very convenient location near KL Sentral. Excellent housekeeping which both did a great job and greet with a smile. Unfortunately the staff was a variety of good and very unpolite. When kindly asking the receptionist at the time if there was a place to store my medicine I just received a "No." with a very unpolite tone and zero interest in finding an alternative solution. During other hours of the day when other people were managing the reception, the behavior was always polite and kind.

Convienent for a single night stay in KL
Fine place to stay solo for my one night in KL. Conviently located a 5 min walk from the train station, so it was easy to get to/from the airport; local neighborhood so you can get a feel for the city. Flight arrived super early so they let me leave my bags for the day. Room was tiny as expected but clean.

Amazing Double M
I stayed at double m for 3 nights in September. The hotel was immaculate, great location, clean, great shower, quiet to sleep and great staff. The location in KL sentral is perfect for access to and from the airport via bus or train. Recepition staff were friendly, curtious and professional. Strong wifi. I highly recommend this hotel.
