Prima Guest House Collection

We stayed here for 3 nights and it couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s close to a metro station which is €1.50 each got 100 minuets or it was less than a mile to the Spanish steps & Trevi fountain! The room was clean, spacious & modern! All of the staff were very friendly & spoke good English! Breakfast was Delicious & good variety! We were able to leave our luggage before & after checkout which was a great help! There was a supermarket two doors down for anything you needed! We would 100% recommend staying here!

We arrived after 8 pm and was a little turned off by the exterior of the hotel and inside (before we got to our room) was not what we expected from a hotel BUT the next morning we saw the beautiful river outside, grocery store next door, shops and restaurants just a few streets up, and AMAZING breakfast (the lady in charge was so attentive). The location is walking distance from the Vatican, and honestly 20-30 mins from all the sites and attraction you need to see in Rome. The beds were super comfortable, free water, and my fav part was the shower with great water pressure, it was very relaxing after a long day of walking around! I would def stay here again and again!

We reach at midnite and forgot to inform them upfront. But the guy who picked up the call very helpful and guide us how to locate the hotel. Very friendly staff to prepare the breakfast for us. Guide us through the city tour.

Great 2 night stay at the Prima Guest House. Very clean and well maintained. The only negative about this place, if you call it negative, is that it is almost like a Airbnb with the fact they have no signage outside their building for the hotel and you have to go through 2 different security coded doors to get into the hotel which is basically in a bigger building with other businesses and offices running out of it too. A unique situation! The rooms were nice and big with your own private shower and toilet and also a big nice bed that wasnt just two twin size beds put together like it is in a lot of European hotels. Very clean property and a free breakfast as well although we weren't able to try that out as they only bring it out from 8-10a.m. and we were already out exploring the city by then to beat the crowds!
