Be aware of Credit Card scam!
2 nights stay, we were received by a rude receptionist talking in a monotonous tone. Asked me for my credit card which she scanned without informing me that I have an option to leave a deposit of £ 50 instead. In all my travels I have never been asked hand my credit card for scanning in any hotels. This is very risky for a customer as the security number could be easily memorised while putting the card on the scanner. To this day I am not sure if they are going to use my credit card for some fraud. When asked about an extra key she asked for an extra £ 20 deposit . So practically you have to have £ 70 extra to live in this hotel on top of reservation. It was a very noisy trip as our apt was right on the road with building works going on adjacent to the apt. On the day we are leaving the receptionist was not around to give our deposit back, we waited for at least 45 min for her to finally turn up after many telephone calls

Overall stay was left as a disappointing one after being contacted and accused of taking a tv remote. The woman on the phone then went on to say if it wasn’t located we’d be charged. After thoroughly checking both our luggage bags and finding it wasn’t there, I emailed to let them know it’s in the room. Heard nothing back yet but the phone call was unprofessional and disappointing. Also I know for a fact I left a personal belonging in there, and there has been no contact to inform me even though it is a valuable electrical good, of which I am trying to chase up now. Overall, disappointing end to what was a great weekend trip to the capital.

Charged 5 pound a day for al service charge I haven’t got a clue what that was for because I received no service check in was ridiculous I received an email telling me they will charge me £10 for checking in one hour early so I did and got told no rooms are ready so I came five stops on the first tube for nothingBut the worst problem for me is the area it is an absolute dump
