This was a decent hotel. A little pricey though. There was an issue with our room and the front desk addressed it immediately, went so far as to upgrade us to a room with a spa shower which was incredible.

I checked into the hotel on a Friday evening. The female staff member who checked me in on Aug 7 appeared annoyed that I was checking in. Having never been there before, when I asked where to park the vehicle she rudely stated in front of my hotel room door. She neglected to inform me of any restrictions in place due to the pandemic including procedures to have my room cleaned. (Therefore I was unable to have my room cleaned during my stay). The front desk employee on Saturday night was fantastic. I believe her name was Brenna. She informed me of the info I did not receive upon check in (it was too late but nice of her anyway). She was friendly and provided prompt service. The cost of the room was expensive. Due to the cleanliness of the room, the smell of smoke in a non smoking room, poor check in service and cost, I would rate my stay as very disappointing. There are numerous other places to stay in Fiin Flon that would be similar in quality of room for a fraction of the cost.

We were travelling with pets and had sent an email prior to arriving asking for a room without access or a ground floor room. They replied and confirmed they could accommodate our request. Upon arrival they gave us a third floor room. We mentioned our request and asked for a lower floor room but were told only third floor available. After driving 10 hrs we were not about to start looking for another hotel so My husband had to carry our 110lb German Shepherd up and down three flights of stairs due to her arthritis. Not a pleasant experience.

Was not worth the price. Front desk staff were not very friendly, provided poor directions to room. Room was dated, beds offered poor support. Restaurant food was very good, although fairly limited and server was not overly attentive. Not many other options available.
