    Beautiful views! Great location!

    We were able to spend two different weeks at this property and we loved it. The location is great - right off the highway and accessible to all amenities like groceries, restaurants, ice cream ect. Home is very open and clean. Having a washer/dryer, beach towels, and bed linens there along with the pillows was a nice added bonus. The pull out bed was actually very comfortable as well. One beach very close by and another larger one within a very short walk was perfect. Even thou we stayed during the height of summer the private beaches were not even crowded. Definitley looking forward to another stay and highly recommend.

    Amazing Home

    We had a wonderful stay. Waking up each morning to views of the ocean and the birds was so relaxing. The beach is a very short walk. Stores/grocery are 1 mile away (super convenient location). Nick, the owner, was also super responsive and patient. Very much appreciated. We'll be back soon.

    Fantastic Experience!

    The beach cottage was so well appointed and fresh! Beautiful decor and extremely clean. Loved the neighborhood and beach access. Friendly people and not overcrowded. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the cottage and workingwith Jesse was fabulous! He was attentive, responsive and made my trip seamless. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in an updated, fresh beach cottage - this is the place for you. I will most definitely rent again!!

    Great return trip!

    We really like this cottage and this lovely Chapman Beach community. Great beaches. Great streets to walk. Ice cream trucks visit most evenings. Close proximity to public golf courses, restaurants, etc. This last week, with the sunshine, breezes, and few crowds, helped us forget COVID for a few days. Many thanks.

    Mostly loved our stay!

    Location is fabulous and house is perfectly sized. That said, we had 3 1/2 days of internet issues that interfered with our work, and highly recommend that all the beds are replaced. Otherwise the owner and her property manager were extremely responsive and our stay was great! Looking to rebook next year (hopefully with new beds).

    Relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Top notch rental experience!

    The house was beautiful, location ideal, area quiet, friendly and comfortable. Jesse responded to all inquiries within minutes of messaging. Super easy to book, check in, and check out. House was well situated and stocked to suit our needs. Top notch rental experience!! Although it is was fall and possibly out of season, we enjoyed time on the beach with our kids- fishing off the jetty, building sandcastles and unplugging from our “real” life. WiFi and tv available, but we didn’t use the tv at all and barely got online. 30 minute drive to Mystic, so easy access to Seaport and Aquarium. I would definitely recommend!!

    I loved my week and plan on coming back next year! Great kitchen, and living space. Went through a heat wave during my stay and that central air was heaven for sleeping.

    A Gem

    My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was quaint, beautiful and peaceful. The view of the ocean was exceptional and the 2 minute walk to the beach was definitely a plus. The owner and the property manager were responsive and available to our inquiries during our stay.

    Water Views !

    The cottage is simply lovely . Nicely decorated , comfy furniture , nice towels and linens , beach chairs , coolers and even beach toys for kids . Chapman Beach is a hidden gem . But the best part was the view : water views from the deck , the kitchen , the living room .....lots of birds in the estuary across the street . A wonderful stay in a quiet beach neighborhood. We hope to return .
