Beautiful property w spacious room, nice pool & comfortable bed. Unfortunately, minuses outweigh positives. Poor communication / Lack of flexibility- we arrived on the 4th & asked if we could check out on the 11th instead of the 13th. The manager said she'd check w owner & get back to us. The owner never replied before we left. We asked Expedia to intervene but they got no reply either. The property only had 1 other occupant when we left, so our reservation wasn't holding anyone up. I assume they just didn't want to let that extra money go. There is also no front desk or office area so you have to call or WhatsApp staff when they're gone after 3pm. Emailing them is useless. Too expensive -We had just come from another Ubud property which was about 1/2 the price & offered much more, like all you can eat breakfast, 24 hour front desk area w room service, mosquito deterrents & better location where you could walk to many restaurants, massages & shops. Here, breakfast was tasty but limited. You could order off a small menu, but you had to choose one thing or another, anything else was extra. My husband was sick for 2 days & didn't eat any breakfast & they still wanted to charge him extra for wanting french toast AND eggs until I talked them out of it. Lots of mosquitoes. Property difficult to find -there is no sign out front making it very difficult for taxis & tours to find us plus there isn't much to walk to. Taxi stand across the street is expensive to get to town & bullied us
