We got out in room 407 which smelled like cigarettes, called front desk and personal went to the room to confirm the smell and suggested spraying perfume, we then got moved to room 103 and which once again I called and ask if they could check the shower since it was hanging, some guy named Michael said shower head was broken and would check with front desk to see what could be done, we fell asleep waiting on a resolution, wake up early the next morning and go to front desk and they said, sorry but we don’t have anymore handicap bathrooms available in which I tell them we don’t need a handicap bathroom, we just need a working shower, long story short the put black electrical tape on the shower head to hold it up and a way that we didn’t even fit underneath the shower head, waiting for manager Alexandra which we were told arrived at 9, but that didn’t happened.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good as well. The pressure in the shower head was weak and when watching TV, the screen was snowy and the picture would freeze every now and then. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

A pleasant stay
Liked the location of the hotel and the easiness of getting around. The hotel is very nice and comfortable with very attentive staff towards the customers. My room was clean and nice to the appearance until I walked past the bed and saw little pieces of snack type plastic on the carpet, I also had seeing the same on the hallway carpet. I realize that the cleaning staff is overwhelmed with the new cleaning guidelines and may be of need of other staff members to pitch in and help. For instance, if a staff goes around checking the rooms they could help in picking up those pesky static electricity lovers that may fall while the cleaning cart or garbage containers are moving from locations. One other minor observation was the make up mirror in the bathroom, that rounded mirror with a light around it that the ladies use to beautify their face had rust on the upper base. Over all not bad but it kept me from giving them a 10. Would I book it again? Yes

Nice, clean and classy but the wifi, like come on.
Everything was nice and comfortable but Was unhappy with the wifi connection. Contacted the front desk. Gave no resolution. Woke up to missed calls, missed messages that were important.
