Great location
As always, a great place to stay but marred by the fact that our room was not ready even though we arrived at around 4.00pm. The staff gave us a late (1 hour) check out the following day as compensation. We have stayed here a number of times this year & must say this was the first ‘black mark’. Will stay again as the location is second to none.

Great central location.
nice hotel. room was neat and clean and well appointed. A little on the small side but the fact that it was on the mall made up for it. I was told the parking was full so I had to hunt for street parking in the area which was not ideal. Overall, it was a good hotel, very keenly priced and with very friendly staff.

This place was great value and an excellent location. the studio room was a good size and the staff were very friendly. The only issue is parking can be tricky. There is limited hotel parking for $25 per night or paid parking at the shopping centre next door, which is a short walk. We'd stay here again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay in Canberra and the hotel was perfect and right in the centre of town, walking distance to shopping casino entertainment and the electric scooters were perfect for sightseeing as everything we wanted to see was so close..... would definately stay there again.

Much needed break
Staff were exceptional, even finding us a parking spot (Paying) which was detrimental to our break away with me not being able to walk far. Directly across from the Canberra Centre, and pushable distance for hubby to lots of quaint and interesting Shops, cafes and a Club. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic room for a fantastic price! Staff friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Room was huge (bigger than my apartment!). Would like to see more variety on the Deliveroo “room service” menu though. Otherwise, great stay as always 5 star ⭐️
