Our family had an amazing time in this home. It was so clean and spacious. Plenty of room to have privacy, but also nice spaces to enjoy family time. Owners are very kind and quick to respond with any questions you may have. The area is also very nice with plenty to do within walking distance if you don’t want to go downtown. Highly recommend, and will definitely rent again when in Nashville.

Our experience was the best of all of our rentals over the past years!!! The house was beautiful and very home like comfort. Perfectly situated between downtown and the 12th district. Need I say the owners were accessible when needed. (Only once needed) They were also communicated through the rental process up to check in!!! A definite return for our family when returning to Nashville

House was modern, updated and lots of room to spread out. Location excellent! Close enough to get downtown but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. Great restaurants and shops in 12 south. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were nice and very responsive. 2nd time we stayed in 12 south and would stay again in the area and in this house

We had a great stay at this rental, I had my 1 year old son with us and they provided a pack and play which was great! The home was incredibly clean and stocked with all you could ever need! Quick walk to all the shops and reataurants in 12 South and Sevier Park. Would love to stay here again, thank you!!

This rental is in a great and safe neighborhood. The owners were kind and friendly. The place is beautiful and so spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Having a fenced in backyard was so nice for our kids to get the wiggles out. Our only recommendation would be to add some curtains or blinds to the front door and back door for privacy. Otherwise such a great stay and would highly recommend!
