Pretty house right on the beach. Communication with property management was excellent. The upstairs living space was newly redone. The upstairs and downstairs outside decks were amazing - nice to have sun AND shade for our mixed group of seniors, children, and in-betweens. The views and beach were gorgeous. House was spacious with plenty of room for our 10 people to sleep, cook, eat & and hang out. Garage is full of beach toys, chairs & umbrellas and beach towels were plentiful.. The cleanliness was so-so - there was animal hair on the couches and blankets ( i thought no pets??), the grill was disgusting and we spent 30 minutes cleaning it on the last night we were there only to find out the gas line was so filthy it was clogged and we couldn't use it, and the downstairs bathrooms were slightly grimy. But overall, its a lovely house and we had a wonderful Mother's day week vacation and we would book the property again.

The property had a few issues during our stay that made for less than a great experience. That said, the property management team was very responsive in addressing those issues and they should not be problem going forward.

This home is lovely. Lots of room and sleeping space. Would recommend this home for younger people due to the stairs. My parents celebrated their 65th anniversary there and enjoyed the stay just had some difficulty with the stairs.

This was a great place for an oceanfront getaway, especially for our large group. The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. We would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

We filled this house to max capacity and had a great time! Everything is just as pictured and plenty of room for 22 people to gather. Daryl (general manager) and Todd (maintenance) were wonderful to deal with and helpful when needed. Will definitely stay again!

The house has been updated but some things need to be fixed or replaced. The beach is great and right outside the back doors. The road the house fronts is very busy and has a high speed limit, which makes for a lot of noise in the front bedrooms that have windows facing the street.

Travelled with 7 adults and 4 children (all 3 and under) and this property had everything and more that we could need to enjoy family time! Was not expecting all the beach toys and games we could use! The property manager was awesome in providing a baby gate for the stairs, pack and play and high chair which was a lifesaver not having to pack ours! The layout of this house was perfect for our family time together but also nice if we wanted some space! And no one had to fight over a bathroom! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. A few suggestions would include: a new grill as it was very rusty. The water and ice levers on the refrigerator sometimes stick and ice or water would keep running. One more thing is that the hand railing by front door is loose. Overall we very much enjoyed the house and the view!

This place is wonderful. No need to lug anything down to the beach since the deck is so close. Great place for a big family.
