It was a breath a fresh air dealing with them as compared to some of the staff at another resort we had come from. I understand they are doing renovations on the Skyline Hotel and I’m sure it will all be very nice when complete. I would suggest more comfortable pillows, ceiling fans, white noise to block the noise from whatever is...

"Viva Heavens has been the best hotel I have stayed in. This was my 2nd year visiting in a row. I LOVE EVERYTHING about Viva Heavens. Such friendly staff who go out of their way to make you happy. The food is delicious, especially the Buffet restaurant. Every night is a different menu and the 4 restaurants are truly fine dining. The hotel and rooms are very clean. And above all i felt exteemely safe at all times."
