Found the hotel to be very relaxed with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was impeccably clean and of a good size. The bathroom was as new and again lovely and clean.
Appreciated the kettle and the limited supply of teabags and coffee. Had to ask reception for milk but that was no problem and they were happy to provide a little jug of milk.

Comfortable cosy hotel in the perfect spot. Lots to do in the area and not far from all the attractions in the Alps. Restaurant served excellent food if a bit restricted in choice. We loved our stay and intend going again!
Don't think twice about booking this hotel. Everything was fabulous from checking in, to checking out. The rooms were large and very clean. The food was faultless breakfast, snacks at lunch and the dinners were 5 star. The spa area was superb, we had the pleasure of heavy snow so the views were stunning while laying in the Jacuzzi. Special mention to Danny and Diana on reception who were so friendly and helpful.
Stayed here for a family winter holiday and couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious enough for all of us (2 kids on a sofa bed plus separate bedroom for us), well presented and good quality. Pool and spa was great and welcome after a cold day outside. The hotel was really relaxed and the size and temperature of the pool excellent. My fault, I did not note the rooms did not have AC and it was very hot. However, reception were helpful and provided fans which we really appreciated. The location was peaceful and we did not notice the sound of the trains. Our youngest struggled with the food a little but overall, the hotel is truly excellent and staff helpful.
Gorgeous little find outside of Innsbruck and a really cosy family run place. We booked a double room, bed was quite comfortable and the room was really spacious with a dining area with booth seating.

Fantastic hotel with lovely views the bedtoom was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable the best shower we have ever had. Lovely restaurant for evening meal with good choice of home cooked meals.
Great hotel in the centre of Garmisch. 5 mins walk to main shopping and restaurant areas. Amazing views of Germany’s highest mountain, the Zugspitze, directly from our room. Good little indoor pool. Very friendly staff, wearing traditional dress. Bar prices quite reasonable. Half board has good breakfast buffet and three main meal choices (meat, fish, veg) soup dessert.

The weekend was reasonably busy but the hotel wasn't full so the sauna & steam rooms were freely available. One evening during the week I had the entire spa area to myself.
