"This is a lovely property. I would say it’s more of a Relais & Chateau minus. Lighting was not great, closet was too small and had too few hangers - also they were the attached kind so difficult to use. Not the hotel’s fault, but the east chairs in the room were not comfortable for my husband, who is elderly. Amenities in the bathroom a little skimpy for a Relais & Chateaux. "When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. "The front desk were helpful and friendly. The room carpet was a little stained but nothing major. Room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The day we wanted to utilize the indoor pool, they were having swim lessons so that was a bummer but we did get to use the jacuzzi which didn't get hot but it was no big deal. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel but my husband would probably suggest a different hotel next time. "
