"Characterful hotel with a large comfortable room and secure parking. No restaurant open when we stayed and we felt the room could have been cleaner whilst the bedding had holes in it. That said, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and polite, well presented and professional; she more than made up for any shortcomings. "

"Friendly, welcoming staff. Booked an accessible room as it was the only one available at this time of night. Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was noisy due to being near reception, lift and breakfast room. "

"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful and are striving to get my refund. "

"Sceptical when I heard "Manoir" was expecting something old. It is up to date, clean, very spacious. The free parking was a must because we got there by car. Early check-in I think it was at 10 am but was ok for us because we where going to Brussels for a day. We enjoyed the pool which was a Must. Overall we liked our stay there even though it was just for a night."
