Really lovely spacious and well-equipped apartment, already decorated for Christmas, in a good location within the town centre.

Very good location right by train station but still quiet. Easy walk to town market area. Clean, nicely maintained. Friendly staff.

Smashing hotel, close to Wernigerode or Westerntor stations. Breakfast good. Everywhere VERY clean. Pool area and steam room excellent.

wonderful hotel in a nice medieval town

Second time I have stayed here. Very welcoming, rooms are great, clean and comfortable. The open fire in the hall is great and the beer is very reasonable. Nice breakfast too. Limited places in the town to eat in the evening, depending on the night you stay.

The hotel was difficult to find the first time, but there was no need to drive anywhere because we were able to walk to every place to visit! Take the train to Brocken! Walk to the old town and castle!

A very busy hotel with many bus tour group guests but the quality of the service and the quality, quantity and availability of the buffet style breakfast and dinner were all excellent. Guests staying for several nights had their own reserved tables for dinner and the service by the Head Waitresses (sometimes a blonde haired lady and sometimes a reddish haired lady) regarding ordering of drinks was exceptional.
