The hotel is a little way out of the centre of Potsdam, but access is easy with plenty of regular buses. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food which was always kept topped up. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The ambience at the hotel was relaxed, and the staff were very accommodating and spoke excellent English.

Overall wonderful place, well above the 3 stars it has. I didn’t give full marks as there were some bits that can be fixed easily. Mainly in the bathroom the shower washer needs changing as it sprays from the side, I think someone needs to look at the rims inside the toilet bowl because I noticed a lot of dirt, mirror has a slight chip on the top left hand side and there were some old gummy bears from previous occupants under the sofa. Very convenient location next to a train station and within walkable distance from several Potsdam attractions; close to eateries, Aldi and town centre Christmas markets. Clean rooms bathroom; good and clean cutlery, linen, comfortable beds. Things to improve: add international plug points, USB charging ports.

Stayed for 5 nights whilst at a hockey tournament with a bit of sightseeing bolted on. Parking is limited and €24 per day even for guests staying at the hotel. Room was fine but aircon was not that good. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good and overall represented good value at less than £100 per night including breakfast for 2 people

Service is really good and the restaurant is great. On the minus side, I almost had to cancel the trip and they would not make any effort on the cancellation policy although I could have become a regular customer. That said the experience once there was really good, so I still would recommend it. The lack of gym is a shame. In summer you can run along the river so I'll probably ise it more seasonally.

This is a small friendly hotel situated in the heart of Potsdam. The room was large enough, clean, and quiet although the furniture is minimal and a little dated. The hotel has a restaurant and bar with outside seating for both breakfast (included and recommended) and dinner where you can watch the world go by. Despite being near shops, cafes, bakeries the hotel was peaceful as there is relatively little traffic: cycles are common. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

My stay was exactly what I hoped for. Nice staff, good parking facilities, good breakfast and comfortable bed.

The hotel is located just outside Potsdam centre and has a car park under the hotel. Rooms had traditional comfortable german beds. The bathroom had a good enough shower. Wifi was excellent throughout the hotel. In these difficult times you had to book a breakfast time to ensure social distancing. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice of cereals cheese cold meat boiled eggs yoghurt and fruit. There was also scrambled egg and frankfurters.
