Mr. Adhil Marikka, our check-in agent, was both professional and accommodating. After our long-haul journey from New York City, Adhil ensured a swift and seamless check-in, honoring our request for a Lotus Tower view and making the entire process efficient and stress-free. A special shout-out to the transportation coordination team, who ensured that all our local transfers were punctual and smooth. "The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were decent in size, and the bathroom was bigger than usual. The service was excellent from the breakfast staff to the pool area staff. "
