"I had a pleasant weekend at this hotel. We were welcomed warmly and given good advice.
The food was too good, varied, and catered to all tastes. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, the garden, pool, beach, restaurant, and bar were well-maintained.
I'm removing one star because there was a bad smell in the room. We didn't make a complaint because I thought it would fade away, but in fact, when we came back in the evening, it was still there, and we had to perfume the room to sleep :)...

The pool and private beach are a highlight for us as we journey each year to Asia and this is our time to relax and prepare for the onward journey home. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and Sophia in Guest Relations was wonderful in preparing for us a one-day outing to El Jim. "

"We spent the last few days of 2024 till the new year’s eve at this hotel. It was the best experience ever as a family. "We had a brilliant stay, meant to come for a relaxing
break but ended up doing so many activities! Staff were super friendly and the food selection was brilliant. The variety of pools is great and the selection of activities is huge!
