The Savoy Jersey
10/10 Excellent
"We really liked this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and we even had a little fridge which was great for keeping drinks cool.
There was a trouser press that we couldn't figure out. Mind you we were slightly concerned to see that the electrical safety testing was a few years out of date on this and on the fan that was provided. Saying that, it was lovely to have the tower fan and windows that opened nice and wide. (There wasn't Aircon but it was absolutely fine)
The pool looked lovely but the weather cooled down a bit too much so we didn't try it out.
The shower was lovely and powerful. There was plenty of tea and coffee.
The breakfast was really nice (eggs a little snotty but still nice) and the staff were all kind and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again. "
"Very central and our room was lovely and quiet. Taxi rank right outside. Slowest lift in history, plus it broke down, but thats life. No nice coffee pod machine in the room which these days many places have. But we had a nice stay with decent facilities. Didn’t try the restaurant but wish we had because when we out (it was a Friday night) into Jersey there were no restaurants with space. Seems everyone socialises and eats out from 5pm at the end of the week in St Heliers! We did have the breakfast though which was highly recommended. If they had Bircher Muesli that would have been a gold star, but they had plenty to fill us up. Well done Pomme d’Or."
"Lovely, roomy, clean apartment within easy reach of shops and restaurants.
Bus station literally on the doorstep, which gives you access to the whole island.
Apartment had everything you would like to see for self catering
Clean linen and comfy sofa bed and bed "
"Wonderful stay. Fantastic view over the marina. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Free apples and water by reception. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a lovely swimming pool although on the small size. A good sauna and steam room good opening times and good view over the water. Hotel great location for walking into st Hellier. We went on the ferry to st Marlo a long day but a pretty place to visit a short walk from the port into town good restaurants and shops. "
"Lovely big single room at good price. Nice breakfast. Amazing beautiful gardens, outside space and swimming pool. Shuttle into town or 40 min walk. Definitely coming back "
