The costumer service is bad at the reception. There is no parking at the hotel you have to park your car far-away pay 24 each time you go in and out and at night lots of homeless the hotel closed all back entrances for security reasons so there’s no access to the hotel if you parked you have to walk a lonely street and it’s so dangerous. The parking is no cash only card

Ok el hotel exelente todo muy limpio el trato super amables... solo que noe gusto que el estacionamiento lo cobran carisimo por dejar ti carro en la parte de enfrente del hotel te cobran $75 dlls. Por dia. Y el estacionamiento $ 25 dolres cada que sales entonces eso es lo unico que no me agrada porque el estacionamiento tambien es un muy buen negocio para el hotel y no nada mas este hotel casi todos los que estan al rededor estan igual nose si es por la cercanía al aeropuerto me imagina la mayoria ocupa uber.. de ahy en fuera muy recomendable

The $75 plus tax ($87 total) fee for an early check in was a bit expensive. The hotels interior was a bit outdated and so were the rooms and furniture. The bathrooms can be updated and our room’s shower was plugged up resulting in the bathtub filing during the shower. Convenient location and walkable from LAX

LAX standby, close, comfortable.
I think it’s an older hotel but it’s definitely recently been renovated. It’s in great condition, comfortable. The staff have been most accommodating and I really enjoyed my stay. Parking is across the street but still convenient. Lots of long-term options in the area as well.
