Das B&B wird familiär geführt. Der Chef hat sich um alles gekümmert und war sehr freundlich. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges B&B, und darauf wird auch Wert gelegt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das B&B liegt direkt an einer Tram-Haltestelle. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist die aber kaum zu hören und hat uns nachts beim schlafen nicht gestört. Als negativ gibt es nur zwei Punkte. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind völlig überfüllt und man muss ziemlich Glück haben einen zu bekommen oder sehr weit weg parken. Mit Karte bezahlen kann man leider nicht und muss deshalb das viele Geld Bar mit nehmen.
