Melissa, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This is an older hotel, probably needs to be renovated. Good location. Our 2 bedroom unit was perfect for a family of 4.
Margot, 2-night trip

Great experience

Great experience! The hotel was quick with check in, made sure we had everything we needed and went above/beyond to make our holiday special. The room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. G

10/10 Exceptional

The only reason I gave a 3 rating for property condition is that they are in the middle of renovations & therefore it's a bit of a mess but it is was a great place to stay & we will definitely do so again. Also a shout-out to Up cafe in the Sebel it was wonderful 👍 would definitely recommend 👍
Susan, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location & view. Service was fine, but kitchen was not so good.
Ryota, 23-night trip

Great choice

This hotel was perfect for me. It has a great location and the accommodations were more than i needed - just the way i like it! I especially enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the harbor. The washer and dryer in my apartment was so convenient, too.
Cheryl M, 6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We had a spacious apt, perfect for 3 adults and 2 children, and the kitchen was adequate. Really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is being renovated - but that did not cause us any inconvenience at all
Bevin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

An OK stay - property needs a renovation

In need of a refurbishment, rooms and furniture are looking tired and stained. Not quite the “grand” property it once was. Location is still excellent.
Andrew, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Good location, easy check in. Room ok, but fairly old and worn down. Needs a bit of an upgrade/refurbishment. Staff very helpful though.
Klemens, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Spacious property with a harbour view from the balcony. Finding the entry to parking was bit of a challenge but we did not really investigate it very well beforehand.
Kimmo, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

My family enjoyed our stay in the spacious unit. The views of the Pacific Ocean and Auckland port was great. I would have given 5 stars, however both bathrooms had tiles with mildew, the fabric dining chairs had stains and carpet looked weathered. For the nightly rate of the room, I expected better room conditions. The room was outdated. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay.
sumira, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Disappointing for the price paid

Our room was nice and clean, but very tired and dated and could do with a spruce up. The shower pressure was terrible. The customer service was good.
1-night trip

Sini the safe caracker

Safe would not open and had our money and passports in it and we were leaving the next day. We contacted Sini at reception who attended our room. At first she didn’t know what to do. So we went for dinner and when we came back she knew what to do and attended to the safe and replaced the batteries. She remained calm and friendly through the whole ordeal and we recommend her for Patrice and promotion
