Wouldn’t stay here again
The staff were very friendly and you can tell that they try to keep the rooms clean. This needs to be totally remodeled. The smell of mildew/mold and old smoke hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are terrible! The carpet is sticky, the paint is peeling off of the walls, the mini fridge smells, outlets are falling out of the wall, etc. The best part was waking up to roaches crawling all over the tv that had been left on!

Old and never updated. Room stunk off cigarette smoke, toilet seat was broken, roaches, carpet was sticky. The bedding was atleast clean. This was a stop while traveling. Ill mever be back.

Awful experience!
We chose this place because it was close to the parking area for our honeymoon cruise out of Port Canaveral. Drove 13 hours to get here from Kentucky. Check-in was OK. We drove around to the side door near our room and room key didn’t open it as promised. Once in the room we discovered that the lamp on the nightstand between the beds didn’t work. We tried to plug our phone charger into another outlet in the corner and it didn’t work. We had to unplug a floor lamp in order to charge our phones. We we left for dinner we stopped at front desk to report the electrical problem and no one there. A be back in 5 sign was posted. When we returned the desk clerk was just arriving and we informed her of the electrical problem. She said it was probably the outlet. The next morning we get up to take a shower and discover that it didn’t work. We had to use the sink to wash our hair and bathe. It was very difficult and a major inconvenience! This place needs a total renovation or needs to be demolished. I would not have this place on Hotels.com. We highly demand a 100% refund ASAP or will report to BBB!

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! I could not wait to get out of the room as I did not want to have any ROACHES hitchhike in our bags! The front desk staff tried to act surprised like they did not know that their building has a severe roach infestation. That's what I get for trying to save $25 amd book outside of my Marriott Bonvoy!

The power was out for hours and I was not offered the ability to relocate without loosing all the money i spent. I require a medical device to sleep and was not able to use it, therefor I could not sleep. It was a miserable stay.
