Overall a very disappointing experience. We kindly requested a quiet room, not next to the elevator, but we were given a room next to the elevator.( Allegedly, the heat was not working above 7th floor.) We got another room, surprise, on the 7th floor!! The heat was working, not great, but ok. Stained carpet, outdated furniture, unpleasant smell. Fine desk receptionists, and good distance to the subway. We will have business in the area next month, but we will not return.
