Upgraded our room for free since our original room wasnt ready, was not made aware you pay additional for parking. Sodas in the lobby were also expired, room itself was spotless and great views. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to go see. Besides the parking fees and expired goods overall it was a great place to stay. Just wish they made you aware of paying to park with them.

Our stay was great we checked in on a Friday for a convention on Saturday was only booked for those two days a snow storm came in Saturday night so we decided to stay an extra night to let it pass they booked us in our same room and made the stay as pleasant as could be all while the front desk area is under going remodeling,they never missed a beat even reprogrammed my girlfriends room key as she demagnetized it by her phone without hesitation!
