Best hotel in Raleigh!
I had a great experience at this hotel, and felt much more comfortable here compared to other hotels in Raleigh. The staff was helpful and kind, check in was a smooth process, and the security measures taken made me feel very safe! The room was clean and spacious with plenty of help from the housekeeping service! I will be staying here again.

Severely disappointed
The room smelled sour and like a wet basement. The air conditioning unit under the window was extremely loud and made the room smell even more of mold when it would turn on. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a concrete floor. There was broken hangers in the closet, the space between the wall and the ac unit we very large and noticeable filthy. The elevators were freezing cold and smelled of strong cigarette smoke. The ceiling was leaking and there were buckets in the entrance of the lobby. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the hotel as we have stayed at comfort inn in Jacksonville FL on paramore and it was wonderful. This hotel is subpar.

Cockroach infestation
There were cockroaches in the two rooms I was put in. In the first room, it was on the bed. In the second room, it was on the ceiling. I had to leave because I was uncomfortable with the roach situation. Please refund my pre-paid room fee.
