Great location and clean room. Guy working there was perfect but it was very hard get in the room during night. Tried to call about late check inn many times upfront and sent also emails. It would have been 3 across the board but the morning I was checking out a cockroach walked across my pillow. I freaked out. I shook out my belongings, packed and left. It also wasn’t nice to hear the old man who lives there talk about me with another guest. I never said I didn’t understand Spanish. I said I prefer English. He should be more mindful and not assume that all Americans don’t understand or speak Spanish
