A comunicação com a you stay é muito muito ruim. Demoram a responder e quando respondem são brandos. Cheguei mais cedo que no local e demorei horas para ter retorno da empresa quanto à conseguir toalhas de banho. A equipe do Radisson foi ótima, mas nem eles conseguiam contato imediato com a empresa. Muito ruim pelo valor que cobram! Precisam melhorar muito o tempo de atendimento e a forma como respondem os hóspedes.
