I made a reservation to this property and paid for 2 days before check in through Expedia. When I arrived at 6:30 PM on check in day the place was closed. No one answered the door bell. No one answered the phone. No one even answered my message through the Expedia messaging service that I sent 3 days ago. The hostel is supposedly in a residential building near the bus station in Santiago. But it looks very sketchy. I even wonder if it’s a legitimate licensed place. I have never had such an experience. This property should not be listed on a site like Expedia. Avoid at all cost!

Excellent location near the old city and the new Mall with Carrefour. Dorms were clean and comfortable, some with baths.
