Hotel was clean and priced at a reasonable rate. Surrounded by many places to eat that are not far away from the hotel, gas stations and banks are close as well. Non smoking rooms but plenty of outdoor room to smoke. Staff was friendly.

Staff was great! The rooms were clean, but the beds are NOT comfortable, they are what i imagined a $100 mattress would feel like. Pillows were horrible! Otherwise a good place for the money. Nice pool and dog area.

It was as described. Basic lodgings, clean, perfect, for two people and an overnight stay. The price was great. Location is not for sight seeing, there is no where to go out walking to see Phoenix. It was very quiet even though it is along a freeway corridor. There was no coffee maker in the room

The pool is clean but there are only 2 lounge chairs, no tables or umbrellas, so we didn’t use it. Elevator frequently smelled of urine and has a lot of etched graffiti which gives the hotel a run down feeling. Staff were not very friendly. Coffee machines were broken.

It’s exactly what you expect from a red roof. We entered our room, the door was broken it appears as if the hinge was falling off, the towels provided were stained and the room smelt of wet dog. When we asked the front desk for towels- after I discovered the stained towels- the attendant wanted to stained towels back before providing new ones. Would NOT stay again.

My only complaint was the comfort of the pillows. One was especially lumpy. I contacted front reception and requested an additional pillow and was informed that there was not any available (I found that difficult to believe). I had a very bad neck strain the rest of our stay. p.s. there should be an additional trash can in room, other than just the one under bathroom sink
