Toughest check in ever!!!
We got checked in with the kiosk system then have. But we're assigned the wrong room. After venturing upstairs, across the sky bridge to our tower. Our keys didn't work. We called the front desk and went down to the front desk at the same time while waiting outside what we believed was our room, to find out we were on a completely different floor. And security wouldn't come help us. It took about an hour to check in. One of our rooms didn't even have a courtesy phone to call the front desk. The room itself was completely great. But our keys kept getting deactivated and we would either need to go back to the front desk or call security. It would have been cheaper and easier to just lyft/uber home. And the hotel staff has not even offered an apology for their mistakes. They made it seem like it was our fault.

Terrible
My stay was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel. The only elevator in the parking garage was broken. We had to haul our luggage several floors down across the dirty garage floor. The kiosks for checking in were broken, so we had to stand in line. The hotels fees charged for this place far exceeds the room cost. After checking in, we were approached by an agressive male on the casino floor demanding money from us for his broken down van. Definitely made me feel unsafe. Then we checked into our "deluxe" room. Nothing deluxe about it. No fridge or microwave and only 2 towels. I called down to get a refrigerator delivered to our room. It was the most abused, pitiful looking refrigerator. Side note, the fridge didnt even work and i had to throw everything out after not knowing it didnt work. The mattress was awful. The worst part by far was getting so ill from whatever was blowing out of the ventilation system. We tried ordering the prime rib dinner. We were informed we'd have to wait another 40 minutes because they overcooked the 1st prime rib. My 2 night stay adverised at $47/night ending up costing me over $500 in taxes and fees. This place is no where near worth that price. Its a budget hotel at best.

The location of this hotel is central to fremont but one block away. Despite the distance you can still hear the music and the words of the DJ until past 1am. The mattress was awful because you could feel the springs. I love the pool here but wont stay here again because you cant sleep.
