Great apartment with everything I need. Hot water was nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked decent. Host was available to handle my needs and answer questions. Recommend this apartment for those wanting to visit cancun but avoid the tourist area. Its a bit of a distance from centro and beach area.

Santa Fe me ofreció la necesario para estar una noche de paso, su ubicación no es muy buena si piensas desplazarte a las playas o a la zona hotelera. Es una casa adaptada para uso de las habitaciones, tal vez es un poco incómodo que se escuchan las voces de quien platica en la otra recámara pero considero que si necesitas un lugar para quedarte, que sea emergente y económico puede ser este Tampoco utilicé la alberca, Creo que en limpieza puede mejorar todavía.

The place was clean at all times, spacious suites with private bathroom. A communal kitchen by the pool with the necessary to prepare breakfast and a quick meal. The area/neighbourhood looked really quiet and safe and there was a supermarket, a convenience store and restaurants within a walking distance, no more than 5 minutes. There is also a shopping center 5 minutes by car. Renting a car would be advisable for those wanting to move around Cancun. Jessica, the manager is friendly and approachable at all times. Great hospitality. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Jessica mantuvo una excelente comunicación desde el principio. La habitación y el establecimiento estaban limpios y se notaba la limpieza en todo momento. La habitación era muy cómoda y fue de mucha utilidad tener una cocina para preparar algo rápido como asi también bebidas. Hay supermercados y restaurants cercanos, si bien el lugar no esta cercano a la playa lo ideal es rentar un auto y aprovechar la tranquilidad de la zona. Recomiendo y volvería.

Increíble y con atención personalizada. Es como una casa pero todo súper cómodo y privado cada quien en su habitación y solo áreas comunes como alberca y cocinita. Estuvo excelente.

La habitación es muy bonita y muy cómoda. Sin duda la ubicación es inigualable, muy cerca varios establecimientos de comida y el lugar es muy tranquilo. El personal es muy amable y la zona de la alberca es muy bonita para pasar la tarde. Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Es un lugar muy cómodo para descansar te sientes como en casa y es muy autónomo pues te mueves dentro de él como si fuera una casa. Mi único inconveniente fue que realizaron una fiesta a las 2 de la mañana y no dejaban dormir pero enseguida la administración respondió y se les mando callar. Muy atenta en todo momento y muy amable y sin duda sería un lugar donde me volvería alojar a excepción que está muy retirado de lo turístico.

Javier es un anfitrión amable. Se preocupó por recomendarnos alternativas para almorzar. El complejo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Nuestra habitación en excelentes condiciones de limpieza y equipamiento. Realmente un lugar para recomendar.

It is well located to get to the airport. However, the other tenants were pretty noisy at night. Upon arrival there was no information on taxis, restaurants, neighborhood safety (especially for single women travelers). The manager did write me about it but after 10pm.
