What we reserved was not available.
We had a confirmed reservation for a room with one king bed. There were no rooms with king bed available and no rooms in the main hotel available. We were told we were being given a room with two queen beds. What we got was an old warn out room in a distant remote building a long walk from the main hotel with two single beds. There were multiple major problems with the only room available to us. We wanted to go to one of the several other nearby hotels but we were told we prepaid and a refund was not an option even though the hotel was overbooked and the type of room we booked was not available. They apologized and admitted they made a mistake to give us a reservation for a room not available snd tske our payment of $255, but offered no refund or other recourse.
