We had 2 adjoining rooms. One room was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, clock radio was broken, lamps were broken and no bulbs, only had 2 lamp working, bedspread had white spots on it, the Air conditioner was not cooling. We had to set it down to 62 degrees, still not cooling so we had to leave adjoining room door open to help cool the room. We called and told front desk, but they said they would have to send someone up the next morning in which we were going to he checking out. Front desk did not give any other solutions on making us comfortable. If we had damaged the room the Hotel would have charged us. But no, they didnt offer any discounts on their poor rental service.
