Have climb stairs with luggage they do have lift but you climb some steps to reach reception area.outside the hotel is noisy too crowded all the time. For breakfast no much choice it’s just basic things.

Well the location is great and the staff is amazing. I booked this hotel for it's location and the fact that it has a pool, hot tub and Hammam. So to get into the Hammam is nearly impossible since it is constantly packed with local dudes already waiting on line. I was wondering why there are so many Thai women.... Well... A bunch of guys who were in the sauna with me confirmed that this is not your regular Hammam and massage place. The hot tub was never working sand the pool was cold. So much to me enjoying the relaxing part of the hotel. Now the room, the shower water takes forever to warm up. And it was November and it was freezing in the room. There was no heater. Breakfast kind of plain and simple.

Our room was small but clean. It was very noisy from the traffic outside. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Crossing the nearby main road was difficult and dangerous. The nearby tram into the centre and port area was very regular but usually crowded. There was also metro nearby. One could walk instead of taking the tram which take about 45 minutes to get to the heart of the city. There were many eating places nearby.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Sr. ahmet mas infelizmente nós outros dias eram sua folga e os outros recepcionistas foram decepcionantes. A televisão não estava funcionando e por diversas vezes foi reclamado mas não ajeitaram. Todos os dias deixavam somente 2 toalhas e 2 águas sendo que estávamos em 3 pessoas. Nosso apto deveria ser triplo porém nos deram um apto duo e colocaram uma outra cama deixando o quarto sem espaço para movimentar. O café da manhã, além de ser péssimo a máquina não estava funcionando adequadamente para fazer café com leite. Uma pena pois o hotel está até bem apresentável.

Gut zu erreichendes Hotel, gutes WLAN, Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können, Klimaanlage war im Zimmer nicht steuerbar, Pool Sauna und Dampfbad im Keller nutzbar aber ungewöhnlich beleuchtet und lad nicht zum verweilen ein.
