The staff was amazing, very accommodating, great breakfast, clean rooms. Ample parking, walk to a great restaurant (Jalapenos' Grill), walk to Mammoth Site. We really enjoyed our stay and love the Hot Springs area as well.

The overall room was very clean. The shower had wonderful pressure and stayed constant temperature. The bed was a little hard than what we are used too. But overall we will definitely stay there again when we go back to visit family.

Nice one-night stay, carpet in hallways is new and the furniture in my room was also new. As usual the host was very friendly and checked me in quickly. The stay was comfortable and quiet. Nice to see the upgrades since my last stay. Also great location right next door to Mammoth Site and a delicious Mexican restaurant.
