Grand old school hotel in excellent location with lots of space and large rooms. Parts of the hotel rooms currently are being renovated. There is no noise but electricity went out 2 time in 5 days. The premium rooms look into the inner garden with pool. The trees can be trimmed and the gym is quite small. Service is outstanding. Some staff have worked in the hotel for decades and really provide that "old school" gracious approach which is much missed in new fashionable hotels.

It is located in the heart of the city, and that makes it conveniente to reach everywhere. Just one thing, ask for a quiet room, beacause, they have some rooms with great views, but the streets in the zone are noisy

Rubbish, would not recommend, would never go back
There’s very little about this hotel we liked. There are endless stairs before you get to an elevator, no fun with suitcases. It’s massive - ridiculously big - so you walk for ages to get anywhere. It’s split across multiple buildings, so yet more walking and confusion. Design is dated and hideous: brown furniture, purple carpet, chequerboard pattern everywhere. Our room rate had breakfast included but the hotel staff directed us to the wrong restaurant, so we had to pay extra for breakfast on the first night. The room’s air con didn’t work. It was really noisy, due to the event space / night club, and proximity to the helipad. That’s right: helipad. Upsides: the gym is nice. The hotel is in a good location, but given you’ll probably take an uber everywhere this doesn’t much matter. It’s really poor compared to other similar prices hotels in CDMX.
