My Family trip to Guadalajara.

Hotel was pretty clean, personnel were very friendly and courteous. They let me borrow a wheel chair during my stay. The only uncomfortable thing was the beds, I shared a bed with my daughter and because they were double beds and not queen size beds we were both uncomfortable. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Paid for an Executive Suite with jacuzzi .... absolutely no water pressure so the jacuzzi and the shower could not be used .... barely enough water in the sink to wash your hands ... and what very little water there was, was not hot, barely even luke warm .... Breakfast Buffet was excellant but not inexpensive .... overall a poor rating ... ... could have stayed at the Hard Rock for the same amount that we paid for the Executive Suite ....

El desayuno delicioso, tienen varias albercas unas climatizadas y otras no; el personal muy amable, jardines muy lindos…. Pero…. Al hotel le falta renovación, pintura, se ve viejito; la alfombra aunque aspiren se ve sucia; la limpieza deja mucho que desear; HAY CUCARACHAS!!! salieron 3 en mi habitación!… En la mañana estábamos en la alberca y empezaron a regar, los aspersores literalmente nos sacaron de la alberca, mojaron todo.
