Over all this is a fantastic hotel, the rooms need some updating and the food prices are ridiculous! The rideshare services are in the back of the hotel which is quite a walk from the lobby and rooms it would be better if you could catch a ride in the front of the hotel(Not a taxi) I would defiantly stay here again,

Not Paris… Horseshoe (old) garbage hotel.
Room was in the Horseshoe hotel, not Paris. Walk to floor and room was almost 1 mile from front desk. Old hotel with new wallpaper doesn’t make a $655 room any better than a garbage hotel off the strip. Garage was very sketchy and felt unsafe. Escalators were broken. Directions to tower from front desk were vague and confusing as hotel tries to make the old tower part of their overall “complex” which it is not. Paid for a king bed and received 2 queens. Called desk and was told I would need to vacate room, walk the 1/2 mile to the Horseshoe front desk and they “may” be able to swap but no guaranty of the change making the potential schlep back and forth less than appealing. Overall terrible experience and will never stay or patronize this hotel again.

The room was dirty, the lamp was broken, no coffee maker and you had to pay for housekeeping service and WiFi.

Staff was great at check in-Paris. Our room was in the Versailles tower. When ee got to our room we noticed items from the tray were missing and opened and laying on the counter. We did call housekeeping. (We have not been charged for missing/opened items). The room was not vacuumed after the last guests. Our room was not cleaned until 2 days after we contacted housekeeping.
