Nice for the rate
Rate was pretty good. First we were told that we could only enter through the front door. Unable to enter at any of the side doors even with key. Then as we came upon our room, there were two guys what appeared to be doing a photo shoot (this was 11p) in the hallway. Otherwise, room is nice. Water has very little pressure.

I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed one night on our way to the airport. We in general find Hilton hotels to be good quality but this wasn't the case here. The front staffer was polite, check in was fine, but the room and hotel in general was not well maintained or clean. Our room had clean sheets and towels but was in desperate need of a real cleaning. We moved to a different room and it was exactly the same. Every surface was grimy and gross, carpets were filthy (our kids socks were black from the carpet), we moved the chair and found garbage and cockroaches under it.The microwave wasn't working and clearly had been wrecked, we opened it up and it was black and stunk, the coffee machine didn't work, I could go on. It was incredibly disappointing. We relayed all of this information to a front desk staffer who told us they couldn't refund our money but they would tell management. Breakfast in the am was the same. The food was scarce and surfaces, chairs, everything was just dirty and stained. This place isn't old but it's in desperate need of a deep cleaning and regular maintenance. Oh and no whirlpool, to top it off. Go elsewhere!

I love this hotel . although we got stuck in the elevator due to computer breakdown ,we still think this girl was better than all the full star ones . We was stuck 20 minutes. The fireman rescued us. The next morning the elevator was functional again. The breakfast was excellent.

The property was cleaned and well kept. In my room neither television worked the entire 4days it was asked to be fixed and yet and still had no signal. The pool was out of order which was frustrating as that was one of the reasons i selected this hotel above others because it was extremely hot in the 100 degrees outside. Its a bit frustrating traveling with a little one and trying to find something to kept them entertain with at the hotel. So when you have amenities that should be available unavailable 😫. Staff was overall nice.

Mediocre Stay
I specifically chose this location for the indoor pool. The pool was closed my entire stay. The room wasn’t thoroughly clean as there was a bar of soap left in the shower from previous guest. The deadbolt on the door wouldn’t lock unless you raised up on the handle with force. Landline didn’t work so I was unable to contact the front desk or housekeeping unless I went looking for them. The keycard kept deactivated twice to where I couldn’t enter my room and had to travel back downstairs for replacement with no explanation. The outer doors to the hotel didn’t work with the keycard so we had to walk around to the front to enter when we parked in the back. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The front desk girl was HORRIBLE! So incredibly rude like I was disturbing her personal phone call to check in. We were not giving the correct room but couldn’t do anything about it since they were full. I tried to tell her that our kitchen sink pipes were not connected so anything you dump down the drain just comes back out the bottom. She could not have cared less.
