Lovely stay
I had a great stay at Hotel Fantasy in Gjirokaster. The room was small but had everything I needed and even had a view of the Castle. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location. If you are walking from the bus stop, it is a 25 minute walk uphill

Amazing service, amazing stay!
We had trouble finding the hotel by car. (It was a bit difficult, so no wonder), but a lovely lovely receptionist came to the town square, where we had the car and got in the car to show us the way - which ended up being af nearly 10 minute driving going all the way down and up again - great service. The room was small, but very nice with a good size bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Very close to a rooftop bar.

Great hotel in Gjirokastër.
Excellent hotel with one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had - enjoyed while looking out to the mountain and city. Service was faultless. They gave us an upgraded room for free and helped with printing documents. The room was clean, air conditioned, comfy, and provided great views over the city.

Amazing gem of Gjirokaster
The hotel is amazng. The view from the rooms is incredible as the hotel is on a hill. There is no dedicated parking at the hotel but the team were so helpful in finding space for our car in the hotel next door. Great breakfast too

Best location in Gjirokaster. Hotel has a great front patio with gorgeous vistas. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bring your GPS. Hotel is tucked up a long cobblestone alley, with very little parking next to property.

Magical
We were so lucky to come across this wonderful hotel. We arrived at our pre-booked accommodation to be told it wasn’t ready and found this hotel around the corner. It was the perfect solution, the receptionist was super helpful, the room was spacious and well appointed giving us a glorious view of the mountains, and although it is right in the heart of old town, its cliff face location made it feel like a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle just meters away. Oh, and the location for sundowners - one of the best I’ve ever been to. sitting in the warm breeze with a cocktail at the end of the day watching the sun set while the eagles soar was truly special.

Terrible internet
Good hotel for overnight stay, it is located 2 minutes from famous bazaar. Rooms and breakfast are nothing special, but you ger what you need when traveling around. Be aware, there is no on-site parking (you can park in a parking garagebon the other side of bazaar for 4 eur per night). The bigest issue during the stay was internet, which was slow and interupting all the time (totaly useless and unacceptable).

This is a large and unmissable hotel in the old town part of the city (as you can probably tell from the photos). I had a triple room and it was massive. Breakfast was great, front desk staff was really helpful in helping me find some services for my phone and gave me great tips and tricks for navigating the city. Note that there isnt any soundproofing - this would generally be fine for me but I had the bad luck of sharing my floor with a large group of people who were partying and running around the floor and slamming doors until the wee hours. Despite that I still had a great short stay at the hotel.

No parking near the hotel
There is no parking near the hotel. When we booked the hotel, there was info written at the web page that the parking is near the hotel at the street. Reality is, that there is no car access to the hotel. You can drive in the narrow steep roads app. 300 m close to the hotel and them the road is closed, access is allowed only to hotel staff. There are even several signs directing drivers to the hotel, but that was valid in the past and not anymore. After we called the hotel, they directed us to the parking space on the other side of the hotel and sent their driver to pick us up. If you do not have a lot of luggage, you can even walk to the hotel (5 minutes). Staff help people to reach the hotel, but they should inform them in advance. Otherwise the hotel is really nice, it was recently renovated. The surrounding is really charming. The hotels is located a 2-minute walk from the bazaar.

Hotel mit schöner Lage direkt beim Bazar, von Terrasse Blick auf Burg, Stadt und Berge. Parkplatz von Hotel nebenan verfügbar gegen Gebühr. Zimmer sauber aber ringhörig und bei Zimmer zur Terrasse hörten wir die laute Musik. Frühstück lecker und ausgiebig (kein Buffet).

ジロカストラの旧市街に通行規制があり、ホテルまでの道順がGoogleマップではわからなくなりホテルに電話したところ、スタッフの方が立ち往生している場所まで来てくれて同乗して駐車場まで誘導してくれました。とても助かりました。
