Does not live up to expectations
While this hotel is in a beautiful location, it does NOT seem to deserve its “exceptional” rating. Our room felt old, with worn out carpeting, clogged shower drains, towels that felt rough/old, and a strange smell in the room. The service was good but only when you could find someone. Overall I would recommend this place only if the other similarly priced hotels are all booked up. I will be returning to Kas and will seek to stay elsewhere.

In our case partial sea view in the description of the room was 0 sea view in reality - we had a room with a pool and roof view in front of our windows. Please be aware that hotel has a few levels and it’s ridiculous but the highest level is with a view on the roof of the level which is lower. Other things were fine - room is big and clean and really modern. Air condition is perfect. Breakfast is fine with different choices and they try to change several positions from day to day, but coffee is a disaster, awful and it’s better to drink water instead

Hotel cómodo
El hotel está al final de la península que queda al norte de Kas, con lo cual para acercarte a Kas necesitas coche o taxi. Nosotros teníamos coche así que no supuso ningún problema. Aunque Kas se llena mucho por las noches, siempre pudimos aparcar a 10-15 minutos andando del centro del pueblo. El hotel es cómodo, nuestra habitación era amplia y las camas cómodas. La zona de la piscina muy chula y conveniente. Y el desayuno muy bien. Como cosas a mejorar para mi claramente la limpieza de las habitaciones, que no es la idónea. Los baños también podrían mejorarse: están hechos con una especie de cristal esmerilado que no llega al techo (poca privacidad) y las juntas esán bastante envejecidas.
