The pool was freezing cold and the staff had to leave the temp where it was at. Bed was amazing, the room was beautiful, had a dishwasher, soap for dishes, cups and plates, the bathroom was a great size with fullly stocked items. Overall, great, except for the pool. Overall, the property was great. Having a special needs child, I called to request a first floor room. associate Taylor told me she could change this but upon checking in with Rose in the evening, this was not the case and that no room on the first floor could accommodate us.
