We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. We liked that it’s within walking distance to many shops, Grand Bazaar and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again if we go back. The only downside is the AC could’ve been a bit colder, I don’t think it was working properly. The amenities in the bathroom was not refilled when emptied.

Wonderful location close to many main historical sites, shops, restaurants and public transportation. The hotel itself is very clean, personnel were very kind and helpful, and the rooms full of facilities and technology. The street is not very clean by the end of the day, it is not garbage but pieces of cardboard and plastic left by some shop vendors. Humid zone should be open until 10pm (it closes at 7pm) as most turists return to the hotel around 6pm.

Check out time was 12, we had two rooms, it was 15 till noon and someone was outside our rooms, told us to get out. She entered one of our rooms and told my family to leave immediately. Then the lady stood outside our other room next door, with a straight face. I had to talk to the front desk about this outrageous attitude and treatment.

Everything about my stay was good, except the hotel was very busy and seems primarily designed for business travelers. Although I traveled to Istanbul for business, I really wanted to enjoy my leisure time. However, the sauna and pool were closed for the rest of the day, which was quite annoying. On a positive note, the breakfast was great. If you’re requesting a sea view, make sure to choose a hotel that truly offers a real sea view without too many other properties blocking the view from your window. One more thing: the walls are not soundproof, which made it inconvenient to hear noises from other rooms.
