Hotel is slightly misleading, when you enter the lobby it seems to give that "expensive" feeling but entering the room it seems very opposite.
We had found our door already openeded, there was an odd smell from the bathroom, our light had a humming noise after being turned on for five minutes or so, similar to being in a ER room and hearing equipment on. There was a hole in our room, looked like someone had yanked the phone socket off the wall.
Price to room seemed okay though I wouldn't say it gives you a "nice feeling". (It seemed everywhere near this Hotel or around Venice hotels were very poor quality and this one was decent enough which I'd still agree with).

Try to find a better spot , it served its purpose for two nights , the manager controls the AC in your rooms and they charge $150 for a crappy cappuccino for a machine. Rooms were dirty beds were meh at best. I hate to leave bad reviews but this run down hotel needs some updates , a coat of paint and a cleaning rag would probably bring this place up a star or two

The hotel was old. Our room was clean but would be nice with a small update. Bathroom was propably original from 1980's or so.
The receptionists were standing in reception winter coats on. We had an early flight so for one short sleep this hotel was okay.

This property had no heating the temperature was down to 14 when I asked they said they don’t turn the heating on till end of October and it’s only half away.
They’re coffee machine was broken so I asked for a kettle but they want deposit that should have been free to all clients as they have been unable to buy coffee the room photographed on Expedia site does not matches with this hotel we had 2 rooms booked was damp bed bugs leaking shower the extractor fan broken I have got flue virus after staying there after confronting they said
The hotel room photo they have on Expedia is for a different hotel they own

Air conditioner is very old and not working, no refrigerator in the room, mattress is very old with metal sticks pushing on my back, dirty, if someone is smoking next door you are smelling it too, no hairdryer or iron is available in the room… I was very surprised to see this . But price was reasonable

When arrived the lobby looked just like the photos on the site. However, that’s where all the modern/fancy showing in the pictures ended. The room we were in did not have self control a/c it was on a remove system and during the day it was off and only turned on during the evening and was told through the night but that was a lie. The bathroom did not look like any of the pictures whatsoever. Curtain had mold and it looked like they couldn’t make a repair or didn’t want to make a decent repair on the tile and half assed it with vinyl tile. Unfortunately we couldn’t find another reasonably priced hotel to switch to on such short notice that we had no option but to stay.

Completely lack of cleaning. The rooms have not been vacuumed for months. Bed seedlings are only made every five days. The service was cold and no interest for the customer, except for one employee of the night and another in the morning that we only saw once. Breakfast is not worth the price. Honestly, I'm not staying at this hotel again. I don't recommend it if it takes children.

I cannot give a full review as we canceled our reservation once we got into our room. The hotel presentation on Expedia is deceptive. The lobby is the only nice part of this hotel the rooms are clean but dingy furniture is out dated and dirty such as the lamp shades are stained the bed is hard as a rock hard and you can feel the springs the there is no in room hotel control for the air conditioning not sure if they really have in room air conditioning but we. Spent about 20 mins there and the ac never came on so we left and booked elsewhere. Rooms are comparable to a dirty travel lodge or an outside room accessible motel 6. Will not re book here. Though the staff is very friendly and even helped get us a cab to our new location
